Wine Spectator Notes
A solidly built version, with a graphite and warm earth frame around a core of lightly steeped plum and black currant fruit. Reveals a swath of tobacco through the finish. Best from 2019 through 2024. 8,250 cases made. -James Molesworth, Wine Spectator

Vinous Notes
The 2015 de Malleret has turned out beautifully. Dark, sumptuous and also quite powerful, the 2015 packs a real punch. Inky blue/purplish fruit, leather, smoke, licorice, chocolate and tobacco all hit the palate in this virile, brooding Haut Medoc Cru Bourgeois. The blend is 56% Merlot, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Petit Verdot. -Antonio Galloni, Vinous
